The machine
What it does.
The 1390HCA automates one of the most labor sensitive steps on the mattress line: sewing carry handles and border components in the same repeatable position, panel after panel. It replaces a hand guided operation that is slow, hard to staff, and easy to vary between shifts.
Material is indexed, sewn, and trimmed in a single controlled cycle. Placement is set once and held, so the first handle of the shift and the last handle of the shift land in the same place. That consistency is what a mattress brand needs to protect its look and its warranty, and it is what turns a bottleneck station into a station that keeps pace with the rest of the line.
Like every machine we build, the 1390HCA is engineered and assembled in house, backed by the Atlanta Parts Depot for expendables and by AACare and after-hours support so a production line is never left waiting on the one station it cannot run without.
