Custom equipment is automation engineered to a manufacturer own specification when no catalog machine fits the operation. A plant with a proprietary product, an unusual material, or a sequence of steps no standard cell performs brings the problem to our engineering group, and we design and build the machine that solves it.
The work starts from the operation, not a catalog: we study the part, the material, and the throughput target, then design the fixturing, the sewing or handling motion, and the controls around them. Because the same group builds our standard lines, a custom machine inherits proven mechanisms and controls rather than starting from a blank sheet of paper.
Custom equipment is the answer when an operation is genuinely specific to your product and worth automating in volume. Scoping a custom build means defining the operation and the part precisely, the throughput and integration it must meet, and the standard the finished machine is held to, which is the same standard we hold our own equipment to.
